Shipping / Local Drop-Off

Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 2 business days and are delivered with the shipping method chosen at check out at the time you placed your order. If a digital proof was requested, the processing time starts to count from the date the digital proof was approved by the buyer.

If you need to upgrade shipping while the order is still being processed, please contact us and an invoice can be sent to you with the cost of the shipping upgrade. 

Delivery dates are an estimate provided by the shipping carriers and while delays are rare, they may occur while the item is in transit.

No changes to your order or shipping method can be made after an order has shipped.

Local Drop-Off Service

Your purchase can be dropped at your door step if you are a local buyer. This is only available for drop-off in Strongsville, OH.

Local Pick-up service is not available at this time in observance of COVID-19 precautions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are made to order and returns are accepted for non-personalized items, buyer is responsible for shipping to return the item. There are no returns or exchanges for personalized products but please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

In case of product defect, a replacement can be provided. In order to request a replacement due to defect, customer must submit a picture of the defected item, once the defect is confirmed we can ship a replacement piece. Please note that when applicable, only the defected piece will be replaced and not the entire order.

We strive to ship everything in perfect condition and whenever requested, we will provide a digital proof of our printed products so you can review the design and text to make sure everything looks good before we start the printing process.
